Community Feed and Community Threat List Policy

1. Scope and Usage Restrictions
The ELLIO: Community Feed and ELLIO: Community Threat List are only intended for individual users. Access and use of the data within these resources are permitted for the specified user groups to enhance their understanding and management of security threats.
Companies, research institutions, government institutions and other commercial entities interested in accessing these feeds should contact ELLIO Technology s.r.o. to inquire about our commercial products.
Unauthorized commercial exploitation, sharing, or redistribution of information from these feeds is strictly prohibited.

‍2. Grant of Rights for Promotional Use
Individual users that access the ELLIO: Community Feed and ELLIO: Community Threat List grant ELLIO Technology s.r.o. a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual license to use their trademarks, names, and other related branding materials for promotional purposes. This authorization includes public acknowledgment of their use.
‍Should any non-personal entity (including, but not limited to government, research or commercial entities) breach these terms, ELLIO Technology s.r.o. reserves the right to use their logos, names, and trademarks in our branding materials. This right is asserted irrespective of the context of use.

3. Right to Contact and Monitoring
ELLIO Technology s.r.o. reserves the right to contact users for feedback or if there is a suspected breach of terms. We may also monitor usage to ensure compliance with our usage policies. Non-compliance may lead to termination of access.

‍4. Communication and Updates
Users wishing to receive explanations about feed operations, or notifications about upcoming terms of service changes or product updates, should send an email to request@ellio.tech with the subject "Community Threat List". Users must specify whether they are interested in updates about Terms of Service, Product Updates, or both.

‍5. Termination of Access
ELLIO Technology s.r.o. reserves the right to terminate access for any user if their use of the ELLIO: Community Feed and ELLIO: Community Threat List is found to be in violation of these terms. Decisions on termination and criteria for misuse are at the sole discretion of ELLIO Technology s.r.o.

‍6. Amendments to This Policy
These policies may be amended by ELLIO Technology s.r.o. at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users who have opted in to receive updates via the email process outlined in section 4.
